Williams’ recent book, White Working Class: Overcoming Class Cluelessness in America, explains why so much of the elite’s analysis of the white working class is misguided, rooted in class cluelessness. She is the author or co-author of over ninety academic art icles and book chapters, along with nine books, including What Works for Women at Work: Four Patterns Every Woman Should Know with her daughter, Rachel Dempsey.
